WORKSHOPS

I have been using nanoceramic coating (or e-coating) many years to cover my jewellery with the protecting layer in those beautiful colors. I was the first one to take this technology in use in Estonia, that was in 2017. Now I have decided to pass my knowledge to others and to give workshops in this area.

Workshops about nanoceramic e-coating are offered as a long weekend workshops in my studio in Southern Estonia, but also as masterclasses in the universities or other educational institutions.

I opened this teaching path with the week-long workshop in the jewellery and blacksmithing department of Estonian Academy of Arts in January 2025.

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

You are welcomed to my beautiful studio in a small village in Southern Estonia. We have a small and very private country house with the huge garden in between the forests and fields near Tartu. My studio house is a separate building in our garden and is fully equipped and spacious enough to give room to 4 students at the same time. With 4 days we’ll walk through the whole process and necessary equipment and get hands on so you could really practice and get the understanding of the technology.

We’ll have lunches and dinners in my garden or in nearby city Tartu, we will take a small trip to the Peipsi lake and enjoy the time together with the creative people in an inspirational environment.

WORKSHOPS/MASTERCLASSES for schools

It is possible to organise teaching in an environment where is access to water, good ventilation, no dust and enough working surface to set up the equipment (in the Estonian Academy of Arts we held the workshop in enamelling room).

The maximum size of the group can be 10 people, but 4-6 is preferable.

There is a list of materials/tools needed to order to be available on site, but this is only the matter of an act :).
